The Vision of Z’s Hearts For Heros
“Z’s Hearts For Heros” is an initiative started by a remarkable 5-year-old named Zander Noal. The organization’s mission: to provide and promote support for community helpers — firefighters, police officers, EMS personnel, military, corrections officers, nurses, and all those who work in hospitals.

“I have been involved in supporting worthy causes since giving blood at a young age, and then being fraternity philanthropy chairman for 2 years while in college,” said Steve Reinharz. “Since then supporting lots of causes to this day. Supporting Chris and Z’s Heart For Heros in his wishes has been a great thrill. I truly love supporting law enforcement and first responders, and helping show that everyone in every community needs them, now more than ever.”
Support Beyond Words
One of the key initiatives involves providing Teddy Bears stuffed in backpacks for hospitals and first responders — given to children in traumatic events, offering comfort and security. The organization also provides wooden hearts to community helpers as tokens of appreciation.
